OPERATING TECHNIQUE


EXTRUDER –B (MIDDLE LAYER )CAPACITY IS ALMOST 75% OF TOTAL CAPACITY. IN THIS CASE, WE RECOMMEND TO BLEND 50 TO 60% FILLER (MUST BE GOOD QUALITY) AND EXTRUDER A SHOULD BE FILLED WITH 100% VERGIN POLYMERS & ADDITIVES.

YOU CAN ADD MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF FILLER WITHOUT IMPAIRING THE QUALITY OF THE FILM.

we have launched new concept called A-B- A type thee layer blown film plant for shopping bags and liners. You can add maximum amount of filler without impairing the quality of the film.

This Three layer with two extruders, Extruder –A is serving inner and outer layer. Extruder –B is kept of high capacity and serving exclusively middle layer. Now, you can add good quality of 50% Filler or reprocess polymer in middle layer and need to keep extruder A with 100% virgin polymer.

By so doing, you can get layer ratio of 1: 8: 1 (A: B: A). Filler loading in overall layer is almost near to 40% with good quality of film, shining and good strength. This reduces the raw materialcosting by 25% and hence your return on investment time is reduced remarkably.
